Exchange Policy

EXCHANGE ONLY

Peachwear offers an exchange only policy on the items. When purchasing an item, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

It is understandable that items can fit differently to others which is why we do recommend you check our sizing on the description of each product prior to purchasing. We are always willing to help customers in selecting their size. Contact info@pchwr.com if you are still unsure.

However in the event of a customer experiencing a sizing issue, Peachwear happily offers an exchange.

To make this request

contact info@pchwr.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges may only be processed if the product is in the same condition as it was sent to you, un-worn and any labels and tags still on the item.

Please include the following in your email and in the packaging;

Full name

Order Number

Size you currently have and the size you wish to exchange it for

Peachwear do not cover the shipping fees for returned items and this will be the responsibility of the customer. It is urged customers that are returning items use a valid and insured postal service. as well as keeping proof of postage.

It is not the companies' responsibility for any item(s) unsuccessfully returned back to Peachwear; the customer has a responsibility of ensuring the return of the item is successful. In the event of an unsuccessful item return, Peachwear will not be liable to off and exchange on the item(s).
